Mixware just announced a firmware update to its Phase wireless timecode system, alongside a software update to its MWM Connect app. The updates include tweaks to both the receiver and remotes.

For the receiver, an auto-calibration system that corrects tempo shift issues has been implemented, along with better pairing of the Phase remote and receiver and USB communication tweaks to prevent unintended disconnections. For the remotes, accuracy has been improved along with battery usage optimisation, plus the Security/Sleep mode issue has been addressed.

Mixware also provided a roadmap for future Phase improvements, including a fix for the pesky auto-switching to Internal Mode that has plagued some Serato DJ users, cue point drift, and Midi compatibility plus new gestures.

Mandy Moore Remembers Ex Adam ‘DJ AM’ Goldstein on 10 Year Anniversary of His Death
“It’s been 10 years. There are so many times I still find myself wanting to tell you about something funny or strange or exciting. I miss your contagious, guttural laugh and your hugs. The best hugs. Miss you every day but today is always hard,” she captioned a picture of Adam.

Mandy and Adam were friends for years before they began dating in early 2007 after sparks flew at a New Year’s Eve party in Miami, and enjoyed a number of adorable outings together until they split a few months later in March of that same year. Despite parting ways romantically, the pair remained good friends. After Adam survived a deadly plane crash with Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, Mandy even rushed to the Joseph Still Burn Center in Georgia, where he was being treated, to visit him.
